What a fun couple of hours I had photographing Mitch & Katie’s engagement session. We headed to a beach in Ball’s Creek that I actually often frequent with my dog. They said they are there all the time with their dogs so it’s funny our paths hadn’t crossed before. The clouds were starting to roll in, the wind was picking up and it was getting chilly but we were determined to get this session done.
I was so excited because I knew we were going to be photographing their dogs as well. Katie informed me that one dog was friendly and the other not so much so I was cautious with both as I couldn’t tell them apart. I did end up getting hand kisses though from the one who doesn’t like people so I did something right. Kallie and Gru were determined to get in as many photos as they could with their mom and dad so we had to throw a lot of sticks to get a few of them alone.
Mitch and Katie are going to have a fun, amazing life together. You could see the way they looked at each other and laughed with each other that their love is strong. I wish you many, many years of happiness.
